script for changing gateway ip address

I have a network with 40 pc's on it via static ip. I would like to change the
gateway ip address for all the pc's via a script running when they log in.
Can anyone help??

Assuming that all the interfaces are called "Local Area Connection", you can
use a netsh script:

Where do I put this script on the 2003 server in order for it to execute on
the local client?

The default is:

%SystemRoot%\SYSVOL\sysvol\<DOMAIN>\Policies\<GUID >\MACHINE\Scripts\Startup
