Recently our company has split into two seperate companies. I have installed
a new 2oo3 server. What I need is change the domain name on the users
computer that are going to connect to the 2003 server. What is the best way
to accomplish this without physically going to each computer and changing the
domain they connect too? If not I will have to go to each computer. Thank
you for any help.

Create a full trust between the new domain and the old domain. Then use the
Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) to "move" the machines and the User
accounts to the new Domain.

The tool is downloadable from MS's Site. I *strongly* reccomend that you
read the documentation and the White Papers for the ADMT. There are a
million ways to do it wrong (some not easily recoverable) and a few ways to
do it right. So know what you are doing before you begin.

Thank you for your suggestion. Would it be better to just go around to each
computer and manually change the domain? I only have about 60 computers.
Thank you again.
