Yes, that is possible...
The easiest way would be to first run command prompt in context of SYSTEM.
You can do this by running the following command
at 18:16 /i cmd.exe
where 18:16 is time few minutes later then you enter your command. Once the
command line runs it will be in context of SYSTEM. Whatever you run from
here it will be again open with context of SYSTEM. Now you can use
at
command to crate new scheduled job in context of SYSTEM.
