a scenario

Hi,

I will be out of the office for a while.
another user will be logging in to my machine.
there is an excel file that i want to share with him and i want him to
do some updates on it.

but i want to receive this file daily by email.
to make sure he doesn't forget to send, i want to write a script that
run on user log off and this script job is to send this file by email
to me.

kindly advise what to do,
N.B: the email accounts are excahge 2003.
