I wanted to find out if there are any tools out there to scan all of our
servers to find out if there are any services running as domain admin. I
want to change these services to running as a domain user to tighten up
security.

DumpSec (formerly DumpACL) from Somarsoft
Its freeware.

http://www.somarsoft.com/

Run the tool.
Choose "Reports" from the menu at the top
Choose "Dump Services..."

The report will list the Services along with the "accout" that they run
under.

There are additional shareware tools included with it when you download and
install it that you don't really need.
Install it on a test machine then copy the two files DUMPSEC.exe and
Dumpsec.hlp to where you want them. They don't need to be "installed" and
can run from anywhere,...even a floppy or thumb drive.
