If you read step 3, the screen shows that the wizard will create the mailbox. this is default. if this not the case, you may need to check the template.

Robert, I know how to add or remove a user account. However, what I'm
wanting is after I complete the steps in that link, that exchange
e-mail addresses and such be set up as well.
Currently, I'm creating a user using the Server Management console,
then viewing the properties for that user in Active Directory Users &
Computers, adding the appropriate e-mail addresses, and then
right-clicking on the user -> Exchange Tasks -> Configure mail box.
I don't want to have to do those extra steps.
