SBS and Exchange

Hi Guys,

I'm very new to Small Business Server. I'm creating new users by the
Server Management console. However, after the user is created I have to
manually add the users e-mail addresses, and then open the Active
Directory Users & Computers snap-in to run Exchange Tasks to configure
the mailbox.

Can't this be done automatically with user templates or something
simliiar?

You may want to use Server Management.

Robert, I know how to add or remove a user account. However, what I'm
wanting is after I complete the steps in that link, that exchange
e-mail addresses and such be set up as well.

Currently, I'm creating a user using the Server Management console,
then viewing the properties for that user in Active Directory Users &
Computers, adding the appropriate e-mail addresses, and then
right-clicking on the user -> Exchange Tasks -> Configure mail box.

I don't want to have to do those extra steps.

If you read step 3, the screen shows that the wizard will create the mailbox. this is default. if this not the case, you may need to check the template.
