What would cause Network Non-Connection w-SBS 2003 To XPP SP3 System's Share
Resources When A VISTA System Can Easily Access Same Shares?

SBS was able to connect to XXP Shares prior to VISTA System Being Introduced
into network/

This should be a simple fix but has proven to be extremely frustrating.
Thank You In Advance For Any Positive Thoughts…Jim B .

Can you see the shares? Do you get permission denied? What is the error
message?

Thank You For Getting Back Martin,

Yes I can see all systems in Network Neighborhood including the XPP system
When XPP Is clicked on, it comes up with login Dialogue box for user name (as
GUEST when guest is activated on XPP) & PW. It gives you the opportunity to
change UN when Guest account is disabled. Either way the UN & PW do not work
for log in. The VISTA system is able to log right in with no issues..

Screen Error is “//Named System is not accessible” & “Multiple connections
to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user
name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to server or
shared resource & try again”

Look Foprward To Your Thoughts ....JimB
