same subnet on vpn

I have some server using 192.168.1.x and of course, problem using VPN with
linksys because it's using the same subnet.

Is there's a way to overcome this without moving the servers ip to different
subnet? I don't want to instruct my users to move their subnet at home, that
would be supporting them even at home.

Please advise,

The below case study result may help, but you need to modify the routing table so that it is not easy.
