samba using security = user, with both public and private shares.

I want to access both privare and public shares at the same time.

Is it possible for a Windows 2000 workstation to login both as a guest
and a user? right now, I have to logout of Windows 2000 and re-login to
use either one of the credential. If not, Windows 2000 would complain
about credential conflict.
