Hi,
Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I need assistance.
I've just received a wireless router, that comes with a USB wireless
adapter. I have no problem connecting to the router and to the internet with
the USB key (which can be configured using Sagem's software) and my
notebook.
In my desktop, however, I have a Dlink 520+ PCI card installed (matched with
a 650+ PMCIA card that I'd been using for the notebook). But I can't get
either of the Dlink cards to connect to the router (I don't use Dlink's
software, which gave me too many problems setting up my original network).
The router has WEP enabled-- perhaps this is the problem? I believe the
Wireless Zero Config doesn't allow me to enter the WEP key correctly--or at
least in the way the Sagem wants it (in hexadiagonal).
Is there some kind of simple switch for this?
