XP's Remote Desktop if you have XP, or:
TightVNC, RealVNC, UltraVNC, PCAnywhere, and probably some others.

Look for "Tight VNC" on Google.

If Linux/Unix doesn't scare you, consider installing Cygwin and XFree86 on
your windows systems (if you're already running Linux, you've already got
it). In fact, consider Cygwin anyway - a ton of very useful tools.
Otherwise, VNC is an excellent solution. I've used it between U.S. and U.K.
on a highspeed link to troubleshoot, and it worked wonders. Nothing like
being able to directly control the remote host if you're trying to fix a
problem.

On a fast link TightVNC performs very badly on all the PC's I've tried
it on, its optimised too much for slow links and I've not found any way
to convince it there's lots of bandwidth available. RealVNC grabs
everything it can and ends up much more responsive.
