"If you have forgotten your base station password, you
must restore the base station's factory default settings
and then log on to the base station by using the factory
default password. After you log on, you can create a new
password. For information about restoring factory default
settings, see the User's Guide."

I don't have the manual in hand. if someone one what the
default password is?

I have press the reset button for many times, but I still
can not access it with the "admin" without quotation marks.
Do I have to unplug the power?

You must hold either a ballpoint pen or unfolded paperclip in the Reset slot
for about five seconds, until you get alternating orange/green blinking
lights. There are specific instructions in the User's Guide.

Hi,

To do a full reset you'll have to hold the reset button for baout 5-8
seconds. Wait until the lights flash while holding the reset button and
then it'll be a full reset.
Then try "admin' again and it should work.
