I have a linux 7.2 machine on my network. How do I make
my brousers look to my broadband router to connect to the
internet?

As long as you set the linux machine to get network ip info from a dhcp
router, that should be all to it.
Should be relatively easy to find an up-to-date how-to via Google

An alternative is to assign a static IP to the Linux box.
It needs to be something in the 192.168.2.x subnet.
You'll have also to remove that IP from the DHCP range in
the router (under Local Area Network page)
