run as?

hello all
i have a question for u all
i have a problem which i hope u can help me
when iam trying to log on the domain with my admin password it refuse but
when i try to log on locally to the server with the same password every thing
is ok
the same when u trying to do run as
i think my boss do this and i need to know what is up?
any one knows plz help me

it's the same
the main problem now is that the administrator account can't log on to the
domain except form the console
and when i try to change the account log on ?
i don't have permisson to do that it's the default
so what is up?what can i do?
