RRAS Wont Start

Hi,

I am currently having an issue setting up a VPN to connect remotely to my
home network, every time I attempt to start RRAS I get the following error:
Service-Specific Error 340

The event log doesn't give any hints as to what the problem may be, a 2 days
of searching came up with nothing.

I have never seen this myself. The only reasonable reply I have seen to
this question in the past was that it is caused by the remote access
policies being corrupt. The advice was to delete all remote access policies
then reboot. I think the reply was from a member of RRAS group at Redmond.

It appears I cannot access them, I get an error connecting to the datastore :O
