rras w/ https

I have installed windows 2003 enterprise and have 10
clients with raoming profiles. DNS, DHCP,and RRAS are
installed. HTTP browsing is fast on all clients. HTTPS
is very slow. These are multiple finacial sites in the
real world and once you log into the https it is painfully
slow. I have other 2003 servers that these websites work
fine on and have copied the group policies over to them
all to no avail. Going from the server to these sites is
fast. Clients only getting dhcp and not on the domain are
slow also. That rules out IE settings and group policy.
I have unconfigured and reconfigured rras to default with
and with out the firewall. My customer is breathing down
my neck so any help would be greatly appreciated.
