RRAS / VPN routing issue / multiple target routes

Hello,

I have a RRAS-Server (Windows Server 2003 Standard), allowing VPN/L2TP
access from clients, distributing IP-addresses from a static range
192.168.1.40-192.168.1.79/255.255.255.0 to them. The clients are configured
not to use the VPN as the default gateway. This way, the clients only route
packets to 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 to the VPN server. "Normal" internet
packets get routed via their normal dial-up interfaces. How do I get the
clients to route also packets targetting 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 to the
VPN server, without setting the VPN server as the default gateway? I tried
to create a route manualy:

route add 192.168.0.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.42

This worked, but this way the user would need to setup the route manualy on
every reboot, even on every reconnect (because he wont get 192.168.1.42
every time). How can I archive the same result automatically, maybe without
any special configuration on the client, but only on the server? There is
also a DHCP server available, which at moment serves the local clients in
the intranet.

Thanks in advance
Alexander Gräf
