I am not sure you can't that. However, you may modify the routing table to setup peer to peer connection. to do that, you may also need use CMAK. These links may help,

Hello
I have RRAS running on W2K3 SP1. I want to filter a VPN connection so that
the user can only access one server on the network using remote desktop. RRAS
only seems to filter on network addresses and not individual IP addresses.
Does any one know how to do this?
