RRAS on a Virtual Server?

A very small branch office (6 or 7 people) currently using RDP back to the
main office wants their own server, and to be connected to and sysadmined by
the main office. WS2003 forest & domain. Plan is to use RRAS to set up a
site-to-site VPN to the main office, with file/print service & a DC.

We have one suitable server and do not want to purchase any more hardware.
To avoid having a DC and data shares on an RRAS server, I'm considering
using Virtual Server: File server & DC on the host, RRAS in a guest. Server
has plenty of horsepower for this. Would be using WS2003 EE R2 SP2 & VS 2005
R2.

I realize that it will take a few minutes longer for the VPN link to come up
when the host is rebooted, but we can accept that.

Will it work? Is it supported? Any special considerations? Anyone done this
and lived?

TIA
