Greetings Marcos,
I know this doesn't help you but it might narrow down your problem. Every
time I have experienced this problem I deleted Incoming Connections and it
resolved the problem. I would say your problem with RRAS right now is
leaning on getting your IC to delete.
Hopefully someone can provide better assistance.
