RRAS Scriping

Is it possible to use scripting with Windows Server 2003 R2 Std
Routing & Remote Access Server?

I'm wanting a script that will connect/disconnect a network interface
that is used for a VPN connection, but I have been unable to find
anything on the internet about scripting routing & remote access
server.

Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.

NETSH.EXE

I'm not sure about this specific task, but NETSH.EXE can be used to
configure NAT, DHCP Relay Agent, DHCP Host, etc.
