RRAS Only allows 1 or 0 Ports on PPTP etc

I have a Windows 2003 server Web Edition fully service packed,
running RRAS, DNS, and IIS.
It has a Duel Intel Pro 100 nic.

The problem I have is when I setup RRAS for VPN it only allows me to
set the number of ports avlible for PPTP etc to 1 or 0. This means only

change nicknameone user can connect at one time (user has no problems
while conected).

The error message i get when I try and overwrite the 1 is

"The number of Available Ports Must be between 1 and 0"


I need to incress this number to at least 10 or so. I searched high and
low to find a report of this but to no avail. Is there a way to remove
RRAS and reinstall it or change the number of ports in the registry.
