RRAS modem usage

I have a 2003 Server that has 5 modems and RRAS installed
on it. My problem is that RRAS is taking control of all
5 modems and I only want it to control 3 of them. With
NT4 I could specify which modems RRAS was to use. Has
anyone found out how to do this on 2K3 server?
