We have a client that is constantly getting disconnected from the remote
access server. I'm not sure if the server drops her or if her laptop modem
drops the connection. (Event logs aren't showing anything) My problem is
when the connection is dropped, the server doesn't seem to recognize it and
thinks the client is still connected. When she trys to dial back in she of
course can't can't connect because she is still showing up as client
connected. Any suggestions as to what could cause this? Or resolve it?

Thanks
