Morning peeps,
I have a very strange problem. Out of 150+ user only one cannot get dialed
in (via modem). It connects and when it trys to verify her credentials it
fails with unknow username or password. I have verfied that she is using the
correct username and password by getting her to dial an ISP and then connect
via a VPN connection to the Head Office. I have checked her user account
dial in properties and that is fine and as far as I can see there isn't a
RRAS policy which would stop her. Please advise peeps.
