RRAS for Dial-up access

I had an NT 4.0 Server that was updated to Windows 2003
Server. I reconfigured the Dial-Up access via the RRAS
settings, and it worked well for a couple of months. Now
the modems do not answer when you dial. No changes were
made prior to this problem, it just stopped working. I
tried a different modem, and I also tried to reconfigure
the service. Anyone else experience this problem? Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
