RRAS Config Problem

When attempting to open the computer management interface for RRAS, the
system returns the following message: "Access is denied." An corresponding
event in the System event log is logged:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {73E709EA-5D93-4B2E-BBB0-99B7938DA9E4}. The
error:
"Access is denied. "
Happened while starting this command:
C:\WINNT\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe -Embedding

I have tried Googling this and did not find any relevant information as to
the cause of the error, or the required actions to resolve it. Any help that
can be provided in understanding the cause of this error is greatly
appreciated.

System this happens on is a Windows Server 2003; SP1 has not been applied.

Thanks.

You are having problems with WMI service.
If the problem is "Access denied", try to add "Local Service" and "Network
Service" users to Windows folder security.
