RRAS and RADIUS configuration

Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

I have just recently had to replace or old dial-up modem
rack. I was not able to find a new replacement within my
given budget. I therefore, purchased (4) 8 port modem
PCI cards and installed them into a Dual Zeon computer
running Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition. I have
installed and configured RRAS on the computer. I can get
users to authenticate locally into the computer. I can
not however utilize our site wide RADIUS server running
Steel-belted Radius software. Can anyone direct me or
give me any help with configuration either the RRAS or
RADIUS server for basic authentication and logging.
