RRAS ACCESS

My users dial into W2K server. It connects the network
shares, yet they cannot reach the Exchange server. Nor
can they ping any other servers on the network. Any
Ideas?????? Thanks.

can they ping IP? if not, posting the result of ipconfig /all here.
