RPC problems. go away after i restart WorldWideWeb Publishing Service

we have about 30 external users running outlook 2003 via RPC HTTP
connection. through out the day they lose connection, and the way to
fix it is to re-start the World Wide Web Publishing Service on the
server.

anyone else have problems like this ??
