I recently used the rpccfg.exe tool to configure the ephemeral RPC ports (so
I can open certain firewall ports)

I'd like to change those ports, but when I run the tool again I get an
error:

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop>rpccfg /pe 5001-5101 /d 0
RPCCFG: Could not perform operation (5)
The following ports/port ranges will be used for Internet ports
5001-5051

Default port allocation is from Intranet ports

Ideas?
