RPC over HTTP...

I have a Win2k AD domain with one 2003 server that is running Exchange 2003.
I have heard that you don't want your exchange server to also be a DC, so I
am planning on replacing a couple of old servers with 2003, but will have to
wait a month or so.
I am wanting to set up RPC over HTTP for laptop & remote users, but
understand that I need a 2003 DC that is also a global catalog server to
make this work.
While waiting for approval of a new server, I have a 180 Eval copy of 2003
server that I was going to load on a spare machine to use for this.
When it comes close to the expiration date, will I have any problems
replacing with a new server?
Any other suggestions welcome!

Mike,
technical matters aside, as far as I understand, you are likely to violate
licensing agreement if you intend to use an evaluation copy in production...

D'OH!
Didn't even think of that, considering it was planned to be a temporary fix!
