If I use NAT
1. For packets coming in on WAN port I want to go to IP on LAN port 1
preferably without any address translation just like that
2. For packets coming in from LAN port 2 go out the WAN port with no
NAT just like that.

Is 1,2 possible?
Now say I don't use NAT and connect up my router and assign static
IPs to the WAN and the two LAN ports.
Not on different networks then I want to do forwarding of packets as
per rules above i.e
anythin coming in on WAN goes to LAN1 and anything from LAN2 goes out
WAN what is the best way?

There is some more information necessary. What do you want to do
exactly? Try to make an asciiart to explain.
