Hi i have these problem on routing

I have a router(10.208.10.254) which connected to the switch1
server01(10.208.10.253) which the eth0 is connected to the switch1 and the
second eth1 is (192.168.1.200) which is the wireless
server02(192.168.1.201) which is wireless and dont connect to the switch1
server02 can ping to server01 but not to the 10.208.10.253

Now my problem is how to make server02 can ping to 10.208.10.254

Have you enabled the IP routing? If you enabled the NAT, check the NAT settings. or posting the result of server1 routing table here may help.

You will need to add a route to the external router (the one at
10.208.10.254) so that it knows how to reach the wireless subnet. It must
know that it needs to send the traffic for the wireless network to the
internal router. eg

192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 10.208.10.253

Without this info the external router does not know where the internal
wireless network is, and will send the traffic on to its default gateway.

The network config will look like this.

External router
10.208.10.254 (static route 92.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 10.208.10.253)
|
10.208.10.253 dg 10.208.10.254
Internal router
192.168.1.200 dg blank (wireless)
|
192.168.1.201 dg 192.168.1.200 (wireless)
