It really depends on exactly what you are doing. If you are connecting to
the Internet via DSL, you are probably better off getting a DSL hardware
device which can handle the ADSL connection and NAT.
If you are just experimenting to see how it works you can certainly use
RRAS to do that. Do not try it on a DC or a DNS or WINS server, but it
should work OK on a dedicated RRAS router. I use RRAS for this sort of thing
testing network configs on virtual networks (where a hardware router is not
an option)!
