Routing Domain Name to IP

I have set up RRAS to route IP requests through a different
NIC.

I somehow need to tell the comp that if a domain name is
requested to go and use the IP instead. how?

[ Server 2003, by the way ]

My bad. HOSTS file in the drivers folder for your NIC.
