I have a couple of sites I wish to assign the same IP to everytime through
DCHP. The problem is in DCHP Service shows the server holding these
reservations. (win2k SP4)

Is there a way these VPN connections can always be assigned the same IP
Address?

Thanks!

That is the way it is supposed to be. VPN users are not direct DHCP users.
The VPN Server is the "VPN user" as far as the DHCP sees it,..what the user
gets when they connect is between them and the VPN Server.

Set the static IP# in the user's "dialup" settings for the VPN Connection.

Thanks, but that option is greyed out (unselectable) in AD.

You don't select it in AD,..you select in in the properties of the actual
Dial-up Connectiod Settings on the User's machine,..it is not done on any
"server" anywhere.
