Routing and Remote Access and Using Timeout Policies

I have 2003 Server setup with Routing and Remote Access
setup. Within Remote Access Policies I specify if the
user is Idle for more than 20mins disconnected them.
This seems to work fine for NT Workstations that are
connecting to this RAS server, but when a user with a XP
Workstation connects and is idle for more than 20mins,
they are not timeout. Any thoughts would be much
apperiated. Thanks
