Routing on Allied Teleysn 2411

Hi, I have a new Allied Telesyn WL2411 Wireless Access Point.

I have my PCs and Laptops set up with static IP addresses and WEP
encryption. They all can reach the Wireless Access Point with Ping and
browser connection to the setup page. But I can not reach a computer
from another. I enabled all tunneling options.

Does anybody know this Allied Telesyn box?
