Routers, Load Balancing and Incoming!

We have a location that has 2 x ADSL lines, each connected to a server
through a load balancing router (Draytek 2910).

Each ADSL line has a static IP, and we have setup (I dont know what to
call this so bear with me please) names so that
http://conna.ourdomain.com points to one of the IPs, and
http://connb.ourdomain.com points to the other.

Is it possible for some kind of addressing setup that does "load
balancing" for incoming connections? That is, can we have
http://connx.ourdomain.com routed to either of the static ips
depending on load?

TIA,

JohnK
