Personally I second RBM's recommendation. But if you must, take a look at
routers that offer "QoS" which assures that voice based packets get
priority.
Many vendors have them but some that I've used that work well and are
reasonably priced are the Netopia 338x-ENT series (
www.netopia.com).
Again, be sure to specifically specify "QoS".
