router with landing page

Hi guys,

A friend of mine owns this cybercafe and he wants to make a move into
the wireless world. He would like to have some sort of a 'landing page',
basically a web page that everybody gets redirected to when they connect
to his SSID and try to HTTP somewhere. In this 'landing page' people
would insert a given user/pass and then have full access to the
internet.

Is there already a SOHO router with this functionality? A router that
hosts a webpage that has access to some sort of database (or even a
RADIUS server) with users/passwords and that effectively blocks all
unauthenticated traffic and redirects it to the said webpage?

we can help your frind to a solution for his needs. Please contact me on
