Router Installation

I am installing a belkin wireless g router and can't even
get past the set-up wizard. when i click on the cd-rom i
get a message that i am missing dll files. it starts with
iphlpapi.dll. i found one of those, downloaded it and it
comes back looking for the next dll file. after
downloading several of those it told me that links between
dll files were missing. i've been at this for hours with
no end in site. i had the same problem installing a
wireless adapter. do i just need to keep loading these or
is there an easier way? how do you link dll's? etc. any
help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

p.s. this is on windows 98se. i have a windows 2000
machine and had no problem.
