Router Configuration

Here's an outline of my network:

166.70.244.96 -- WAN IP Address

192.168.0.1 -- Router
192.168.0.3 -- Web Server
192.168.0.4 -- Desktop PC

I've set up port forwarding on my router so that requests on port 80
are forwarded to 192.168.0.3. The whole setup works great outside of my
local network, but when I type 166.70.244.96 in my Desktop computer's
web browser I'd like to see my web server. Instead it takes me to my
router's configuration thing.

How do I set it up so it works the way I want?

Thanks,
Trevor
