Router & Teamspeak

Hi all, I have a Belkin 54g Wireless router and all works well untill
I want to use programs such as Teamspeak to chat with other users
during games & the like. I have tried putting my computer in the DMZ
but I cannot connect to or be connected to by my buddies. Then someone
told me it was better to forward the port on my router that Teamspeak
uses to communicate. However I can't find any reference to port
forwarding in my router's manual.
Does anyone have any knowledge or experience in this area that can get
me up and running?
Thanks.
