Not sure what you are after, but if it has to do with (cable) modem
access, you probably need something like this:
http://192.168.100.1/startup.html <- Motorola site for Surboards (and
others)
Not sure what the dsl modems are using.
Not aware that any of the modems actually have a "built-in" web
interface.
Also try here if your looking to get at the "insides" to diagnose
