When I view my wireless networks I see 2 when there should only be one. I
have my default network and then I have a network called SMC with WPA
encryption. I never set up the SMC and have tried to delete it.

When I go to my wireless connection properties I only see my default network
and not the SMC network. How can I delete the SMC network?? It is not
listed under my network connections or network connections properties.

Any ideas??

SMC is a neighbour's network. You can't delete it. You can prevent auto
access to it though.

How do I prevent auto access? Thanks for the quick responses!

DON'T top-post please.

Go to Network Connections. Right-mouse click on the WiFi NIC and go
Properties.

On the WiFi networks tab, go to Preferred networks and DELETE any that you
do not want to connect to.

Most people would disagree with you for these reasons:
1. It makes it very difficult to follow a thread - maybe that's why you've
basically repeated an answer already given by 3 others?
2:

A: Because it doesn't follow the normal direction in which we read and
therefore make sense of the printed word.
Q: Why is top posting not a good idea?

:-)

Sure, just understand that when you go out of your way to avoid fitting
in, a lot of people simply won't bother to go out of their way to help.
