Roaming UK ISPs?

Are there any ISPs with the "Anytime" accounts that allow roaming in
the UK?

I need to access the phone lines all over the UK depending where I am.
If so which ones are the cheapest?

I assume you are meaning "Dial up"

www.avension.com offer Anytime which although FRIACO based (0809), does
NOT use CLI for verification, and can therefore be used anywhere from a
BT line.. (not sure about cable) they advertise as offering "mobile e-
mail"
Around £13 for 150 hours. Shortly to introduce a cheaper 50 hour package
