Hi, I'm running sbs 2003 with 9 XP Pro workstations.

Set up with Roaming Profiles.

I have re-directed the desktop to the users folders on the server, and all
items on the desktop have the blue synchronisation icon on them

The users machine synchronises on log on and log off.

However, When a user deletes an item from the desktop, it re-appears when
they log back on again.

Any ideas?

Please check the user roaming folder's rights on the server.

Yes, have done.
Each user has full control over their own folders within users shared folders.

Any other suggestions?
