Roaming Profiles multilanguage

Hello,

I am trying to set up client computers running on
WinXP/Win2000 to use roaming profiles. One client uses US-English Windows XP
(SP1)
and the other a German version.

What happens now is, that the German client writes it's
profile with German folder-names to the server and the
English version with English folder - names. As a result
both clients, allthough using the same domain-account read
and write different data from the same shared folder. Is
there a way to make them use the same folders/files?

I've read a remark on Registry Keys for folder redirection
in MS support but no detailed explanation.
